She continues with her cousins on the board of these family entreprises, but decided not to be involved directly in their operations. She has extensive experience as a management consultant, senior executive and nonprofit trustee. Formerly an Executive Officer of the National Gallery of Art in Washington, DC she was also a partner with the MAC Group (now Gemini Consulting), and consulted to and serves on the boards of a variety of for-profit and nonprofit organizations.
