FBN NxG Award


For the fifth consecutive year, the NxG Award champions young family business members who initiate entrepreneurial or intrapreneurial projects that contribute to renewing and energizing their family business.

2013 Finalists

The NxG International Committee and the FBN NxG Award 2013 Jury members are pleased to
announce this year’s finalists:

  • Laura Horstmann and Ingo Wersborg, PreciBake LLC (USA)
  • Antonio Ermírio de Moraes Neto, Vox Capital (Brazil)
  • Hugo Peris, Luqa Pharmaceuticals (China)

On Friday, October 11th the finalists will participate in a plenary session discussion to share the entrepreneurial essence of their promising projects. This will be followed by the announcement of the FBN NxG Award 2013 winner.


This year, the award winner will benefit from a € 21 000 value reward of financial, coaching and academic support, including:


  • a seat at the Executive Program “Doing Business in Brazil” and personalized coaching sessions offered by our academic partner Insper
  • a seat at the Ernst & Young Junior Academy Program, a unique and exclusive one-week training event designed for young successors in family businesses
  • a financial prize of € 5 000
  • the opportunity to present his/her project on stage at the FBN-I Summit in Rio
  • a free pass to attend the FBN-I Summit in Rio
