Antonio Ermírio de Moraes Neto
Antonio is a Co-Founder and Partner at Vox Capital, Brazil’s first Impact Investing company, which channels investments and technical assistance to innovative companies with solutions that generate disproportionate social impact to low-income communities throughout Brazil. Antonio helped found the organization in 2009, and since then Vox Capital has become a reference in Latin America Impact Investing market.
Before creating Vox Capital, Antonio has been active in high-impact entrepreneurship since 2002, always assuming leadership roles. He was the president and founder of a social-business oriented Family Fund of Votorantim Group, one of the largest conglomerates in Brazil.
Antonio is also co-author of the international documentary “Entremundos” and has been awarded with the Goldman Sachs Global Leaders Award, elected as a Fellow of the Americas Business Council Leadership Forum and recognized as one of the 100 most influential people in Brazil in 2012, by Revista Época.
He serves as a board member at the World Economic Forum’s Global Agenda Council and at the Board of Directors of Saútil.
Antonio has a degree in Public Administration from FGV-EAESP, including entrepreneurship studies at Babson College in Boston and Private Equity in U.C. Berkeley, California.
