Professor and researcher on family business, Academic expert of FBN-I NxG Committee, Rania is Associate Professor of Management Sciences at the University of Bordeaux IV. She teaches and conducts research on family business, especially corporate governance, financial policies, family relationships, emotions in decision-making and succession. Her research received several awards by the international family business community.
Rania is editorial board member and reviewer for several academic journals in management and family business. She also holds the FFI Certificate in Family Business Advising. She serves as Academic Expert for FBN-I since 2009. She is member of the FBN-I NxG Committee where she contributes to academic content development for international conferences and to the strategic activities focused on education, research, networking and entrepreneurial initiatives. Rania also currently serves as Academic Director of the Family Business International Foundation.
